What is your order process?
Our ordering process is very simple-after making a purchase through checkout, you will receive a payment confirmation email. After receiving, please process and package your order within 2-6 working days before shipping. Once we place your order, we will send you a second shipment confirmation email, which includes tracking details to let you know it is on the way.
Was my order successful?
If a payment is withdrawn from your account, the order has reached our ranks and will be processed. Your order confirmation information will be sent to the email address you provided when placing the order. My order will not pass. what should I do?
If you still receive the error message after checking the payment information, billing and shipping address, please make sure you are using the latest version of the web browser. Where is my order confirmed?
